For virus removal we charge a flat rate of $79. That price is honored if you bring us the computer. Often Virus removals can be finished same day. After your computer is clean, we are more then happy to give you suggestions to keep it that way.

Free Estimates!

Unlike most other computer repair companies, we never charge a diagnostic fee of $40 to $50 just to give you an estimate. We always offer free estimates with flat rate pricing. That means if you bring us your computer, we will run complete diagnostic tests, then give you a free estimate. With that information you can make an informed decision on the repair or service you may want done, with no hidden costs!

On-site Service Available

For you convenience, we will also come to you for all your repair, virus removal and all your other computer needs. In the Rochester area we charge a rate of $75/hour for on-site service. There is a one hour minimum charge. If we go over an hour, we never round up, you're just charged for the actual time working on your system.
