Pricing

 

We charge just a simple rate of $40.00 per hour for in house labor. This labor rate includes all computer services with the exception of some laptop repair. If the laptop needs to be disassembled(taken apart), we charge a rate of $60.00 per hour. Some simple laptop repair that requires minor disassembly, like replacing a hard drive or upgrading memory, is charged at the lower rate of $40.00 per hour. We charge a rate of $50 per hour for in home service, this price does not apply to laptop disassembly. For some jobs we can give you a set rate. One example would be reinstalling the Windows operating system, for this we charge $75.00 .

We offer different options for providing you service. You can drop your computer off and pick it up at our location. This will generally give you the best price. Even though you are being charged at the same rate as a house call, we are able to bill you for less time. This is because we are able to work on multiple computers at the same time.

We are also more then happy to pickup and deliver your computer for you. We charge a fee of $20.00 for this service. This rate is just for service provided in the Rochester area. We will do pickup and delivery outside of Rochester, but may charge a higher price. Please ask us for a quote.

We also will do the work at your location, either home or business. Sometimes this is the only way the job can be done, especially if you need us to set up a home wireless or a small business network. Or just for your convenience, we would be happy to work at your location.
